Thank
you to everyone that supported the school by attending or donating to the OLC
Quiz night on Saturday. It was a great night and a truck load of fun.
Year 2 Buddy Mass:
Weather
dependent, the Year 5’s will be walking down to the church on Wednesday with the
Year 2’s.
BRLA:
This Thursday the Year 5 students will be participating in the
Bishops Religious Literacy Assessment (BRLA). The BRLA is split up into 4
sections that cover the areas of:
- Bible
- Sacraments and
Prayer
- Church
- Jesus
This assessment will be completed on their iPads, so please make
sure that their devices are fully charged for Thursday.
Champion
Life:
I have decided to create a little award for the person that is our
“Champion Life Champion of the week”. This is for any student that has be
showing the CL values as well as completing challenges. This week’s Champion
Life Champion of the week is Toby
Delane who created 5 videos in the first week of us subscribing to the service.

Sports
Carnival:
The Athletics Carnival is on the 19th
of September. All children will be in a running race and team
events. Practise for team games has commenced.
