Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to week 5.
RECONCILIATION WEEK / NATIONAL SORRY DAY
National
Reconciliation Week is held from 27 May to 3 June each year. It is a time for
all Australians to reflect on our shared histories, cultures and achievements
and to explore how each of us can join the national reconciliation journey.
Reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians as
we move forward, creating a nation strengthened by respectful relationships
between the wider Australian community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander peoples.
A
whole school mass will take place in the hall on Friday at 9:00 am. This will
be run by our class in junction with the Year 6’s. It would be wonderful if you
could join us.
June

taking their Catholic Day on the Tuesday. School will resume on Wednesday 5th
