us subscribing to the service. Well done Coops!!!!
HASS Homework:
This
afternoon the students were given HASS homework that is due on Wednesday. In HASS we have been
talking about needs and wants as well as how different factors influence a
purchase.
They
have to discuss with you what steps are taking to make a big purchase and write
down the steps.
Below
is a picture of what was handed to the students to fill out.
Year 5 Jumps:
These are this Tuesday and will be held during the students sport
time. Any questions are to be directed to Mrs Sinclair.
School
Photos
On Thursday the 12th of September, we have our annual OLC
school photos. More information about family photos will be sent out via text
message.
Our Learning:
In
science this term we have been looking at the solar system. Last week we looked
at the terrestrial plants (rocky planets). These are the four closets planets
to the sun.
In
partners they had to create a poster about the planetary conditions on their chosen
planet which was either Mercury, Venus, Earth or Mars.
Below
are a couple of examples that were created.
Homework:
For those students that are still
struggling to understand what the activities for spelling are, there is a
success criteria on their Onenote.
