Musical:
The musical is fast
approaching and everyone is getting excited. We had our first dress rehearsal
last week and it is looking amazing. It is sure to be very colourful. Thank you
to all the parents that have been helping out.
Volunteer
Firefighters Visitor:
As
a part of Geography this term we have been looking at natural disasters. Last
week we were lucky enough to have a visit from the local branch of volunteer firefighter.
It was an excellent afternoon as they explained different ways that bushfires
can start natural and on purpose. As well as different ways to prevented and
prepare for bushfires. But, it wasn’t all learning, we did get to have some
fun. Every student had a turn at using the hose and we got a demonstration of a
hose that can release 4 tonne of water in 6 minutes. A big thank you to Mrs
Jasper who used her connections to orgainse the afternoon.
